Catherine Giudici is one proud bride-to-be!
Soon after it was revealed on Monday's The Bachelor that Sean Lowe had asked for Giudici's hand in marriage, the gal happily showed off her huge Neil Lane engagement ring on Instagram.
And what a ring it is.
Miley Cyrus spotted without her engagement ring
During last night's "After the Final Rose" special, Giudici and Lowe announced they will be getting married "soon" but no date has been set yet.
Although we're guessing the nuptials probably won't take place before March 18, which is when Lowe will join his fellow celebs on the new season of Dancing with the Stars.
Check out these other blingtastic engagement rings

Editor's Note: Season six Bachelorette and current host of NBC's 1st Look Ali Fedotowsky is blogging exclusively on E! Online about the current season of The Bachelor, giving her reactions and spilling behind-the-scenes secrets.
What an intense finale!  It was so heartbreaking and full of emotion. I felt it and I'm sure all of you did, too. I'm going to start from the beginning, but I'm not going to spend a ton of time talking about the episode. What's the point? I will make some observations, but at the end of the day, Sean made his choice and only he knows why he made it. He's a smart man. I trust that he made the right decision for him. OK, here is what I think:
First off, Sean's nephew was adorable. It made me laugh when he said "Emily didn't pick you." Ha! Kids are so honest...and adorable!

OK. I love kids (duh, I'm a new aunt), but let's talk about the girls meeting the parents. The interaction between Catherine and Sean's dad was so sweet. Knowing that she doesn't have a father figure in her life must have made that moment so special to her. It was very sweet when she said that she would be so happy to have Sean's family as her family. I don't blame her. How could you not fall in love with his dad? He is the sweetest!
Lindsay also really got along with his family so well. There was so much laughter when they were all together. And how adorable was Lindsay's time with his dad? So precious! I honestly thought she got along with his family a little better. But at the end of the day it doesn't matter who got along better with Sean's family. All the matters is what Sean thinks. And who knows, maybe we didn't see all of Catherine's interaction with the family. I'm sure all Sean's family wants is for him to be happy.
My heart broke for his mom. I totally understand how shocking it is for a mother to see her son get engaged to someone so quickly, on a TV show, and to someone you you just met. The whole Bachelor process is hard to wrap your head around if you haven't been through it. I know Sean's family is religious and I'm sure Sean's mom really wants the first time Sean's engaged to be the only time he is engaged. Any mom would want that. But at the end of the day, Sean's happiness is all that matters to her.
Desiree is the new Bachelorette!
Going into this episode I thought it was so obvious that Sean was going to end up with Catherine, but after seeing his date with Lindsay, I really though there was a chance he was going to pick her. They were so cute together. I know I keep saying this and I'll probably say it again in this blog, but only Sean knows who is best for him. Not me, not you, not anyone. But I definitely fell for Lindsay tonight. What a sweetheart.
Sean's final dates with the girls were both romantic and wonderful—as we would expect from a final Bachelor date. So I'm not going to go over them. You watched you show. They were both incredible.
Now the final rose ceremony. I found it interesting that the girls wore silver and gold dresses. It was almost foreshadowing for us for who would come in first and second place. Catherine was in gold. Lindsay was in silver.

Adrienne Maloof's Real Housewives Reunion No-Show Drama: "I Was Not Pleased," Says Andy Cohen

Adrienne Maloof should really think about not watching the upcoming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills two-part reunion special.
As we all know by now, Sean Stewart's former girlfriend Maloof was a no-show for the taping. "She stiffed me," Bravo's Andy Cohen told me while at SXSW for Watch What Happens Live.
Cohen said he had "a hint" she wasn't going to be there.
Adrienne and Camille Grammer not returning for season 4
"I was not pleased," he said. "Also, I feel it was bad for her because, why let six women have the last word on an entire season? I think she should have been there to speak her mind, and she may be surprised with some of the directions the conversations took."
Expect to see some heated moments. "It was explosive in a Beverly Hills way, which was a very sophisticated conversation with bows and arrows and daggers being thrown but everyone staying seated," Cohen said. "You know, not a hair out of place."
Cannot wait!

"This started because Justin Bieber went out without his shirt on…and he was in London, and it's so cold there and I was concerned," she said. "I have a 19-year-old brother in London, and it's freezing! And if I saw him without a shirt, I would tell him to put it on. So I told Justin Bieber, 'Put your f--king shirt on.'"
Let's be nice to the Biebs. He's had a rough month so far!

"I said it with love!" the Incredible Burt Wonderstone star said with a smirk. She then quipped that "people misunderstood and thought it was mean-spirited. They didn't understand it was said with love!"
The 29-year-old actress "got a lot of interesting feedback from [Justin's] fans." Joking that she heard from "about 35 million [people]," Olivia read aloud some tweets directed toward her.

"One of them was, 'Are you a lesbian, or are you too old?' And it's great—because it's a question I'd never asked myself before," she deadpanned. "And I was wondering, am I too old to be a lesbian?"
Another fan told Olivia to "Put your shirt over your mouth," which she plans to use as a "Shakespearean insult" later on.

Singer Justin Bieber threatened to beat up a photographer in the UK over the weekend

The 19-year-old singer - who was hospitalised last week after being taken ill during a concert in London - launched a tirade of abuse at waiting reporters as he was taken from his hotel to a waiting car on Friday.
After the Baby singer got into the blacked-out vehicle, media were told to "get back" - before Bieber reappeared from the car to confront a paparazzi he had heard making jibes about him.
He shouted: "What did you say? What the fuck you say?"
The photographer - who had said as the star got into his car, "fuck off back to America", "fucking little moron" - responded, saying: "You heard what I said ... you heard what I fucking said, mate."
Bieber replied: "I'll fucking beat the fuck out of you."
He took a swing at the photographer, but was kept back by his security guards before eventually being ushered back into the vehicle and driving away.
The Telegraph reports bystanders heard Bieber shouting: “I am never coming back here [to the UK].”
The Never Say Never hitmaker later blamed his behaviour on a "rough week".
He tweeted: "Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me.
"Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u...well I'm human. Rough week
"Not gonna let them get the best of me again. Gonna get focused on this show tonight. Adrenaline is high now. Gonna put it on the stage
"Only way someone can break u is if u let them. (sic)"
Despite being taken ill with a shortness of breath, Bieber – who caused controversy earlier this week when he arrived on stage for the first of his London shows two hours late – will go ahead with his final show in the city tonight.
A spokesperson said: "Justin has been released from the hospital after a check-up and while he's feeling a little under the weather, he's planning on going ahead with tonight's show."
